The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable individual to assist a major client by manually migrating content within their internal system, the Salesforce Experience Cloud. Your role is to carefully transfer data from legacy content templates to new, updated ones. Your precision and accuracy will be crucial to the success of this project. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Nigeria.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work within the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform to implement content on updated page templates.
• Manually and accurately migrate existing content from old templates to new ones, ensuring no data is lost or corrupted.
• Meticulously follow defined process documentation and QA guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all migrated content.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams via professional communication channels to clarify content structure and requirements.
• Provide regular progress reports and proactively flag any issues or roadblocks encountered during the migration process.

Who We’re Looking For:

• You have some experience working with content templates and structured content systems (e.g., WordPress, any other CMS).
• You possess exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to 100% accuracy in manual data and content entry.
• You have a basic understanding of web content structures (e.g., blocks, layouts, templates).
• You are a strong communicator with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively within a remote team.
• Bonus Points: Direct experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud/Salesforce CMS, or familiarity with basic HTML.
