The Role

We are seeking an experienced and attentive Waiter/Server to be an ambassador for the Ona Restaurant brand. You will be the face of our establishment, responsible for guiding our guests through their dining journey from the moment they arrive until their departure. Your role is to provide a seamless, warm, and memorable service that turns a meal into an experience and first-time visitors into loyal patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and guide them through our menu, offering knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage pairings.
• Take food and drink orders with precision and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Execute flawless table service, ensuring meals are delivered promptly, presented beautifully, and meet the guest’s expectations.
• Anticipate guest needs and check on them regularly, handling any requests or issues with professionalism and speed.
• Manage guest payments efficiently and accurately using our POS system.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area, service stations, and throughout the restaurant.

Who We’re Looking For:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Waiter or Server, preferably in a fast-paced, quality dining environment.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• You are highly attentive to detail, from order accuracy to the cleanliness of your section.
• You have basic math skills and are comfortable handling cash and processing payments via POS terminals.
• You have the physical stamina to be on your feet for long periods and thrive in a busy service environment.
• You are a team player with the flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

What We Offer:

• Monthly Salary: A competitive range of NGN 75,000 – NGN 150,000.
