The Role: A Guide on the Tech Journey
We are looking for a proactive and supportive Remote Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be a crucial link between our school and our students, both prospective and current. Your mission is to guide aspiring tech professionals through our programs, from their first inquiry to their final project. You will provide the administrative and motivational support that ensures our students have a smooth and successful learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student & Enrollment Support: Act as the first point of contact for prospective students, engaging with them via phone and email to explain our tech courses and guide them through the registration process. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and enlightening students on our unique training methods.
- Administrative & Coordination: Manage essential administrative tasks, including student data entry and email correspondence. You will use Asana and Google Workspace to coordinate student schedules, sending timely reminders for learning modules, assignments, projects, and exams to keep them on track.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- You are a degree holder with a passion for education and technology.
- You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative or customer-facing role.
- You are highly skilled in using productivity tools and are proficient in Asana and Google Workspace (including Google Classroom).
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and friendly phone manner.
- You are highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
The Offer & Work Structure:

- Expected Hours: A minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Monthly Salary: Up to NGN 120,000, based on experience.

Qualifications
