The Role: The Hub of Our Operations
As our Virtual Operations Assistant, you will be the central hub that keeps our business running smoothly. This is a dynamic, multifaceted role where you will support our day-to-day operations, sales processes, customer interactions, and hiring pipeline. You are a versatile, reliable, and proactive individual who ensures efficiency and helps us deliver a five-star customer experience every time.
Work Schedule & Location
- Location: This is a fully remote role for a candidate based in Nigeria.
- Working Hours: You must be available to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Central Time (CST), Monday to Friday. This corresponds to approximately 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Nigerian Time (WAT).
- Weekend Availability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Admin: Assist with daily dispatch preparation, keep internal systems meticulously organized, enter job details into spreadsheets, respond to company reviews, and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Customer & Sales Support: Act as a key point of contact for customers by making pre-move confirmation calls and post-move check-ins. You will also provide quotes, book leads in our CRM, and respond to sales inquiries.
- Hiring & Onboarding: Support our growth by screening candidates, assisting with onboarding paperwork, and maintaining accurate hiring records.
Who We’re Looking For:
- You have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a sales and/or customer service role.
- You are an outstanding communicator, especially over the phone, with fluent English and an exceptionally clear speaking voice.
- You are a master of multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- You possess a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a desire to take complete ownership of your tasks.
- You are highly organized, with superb attention to detail and a strong ability to execute tasks flawlessly.
Your Technical Setup (Non-Negotiable Requirements):
- A reliable, up-to-date computer or laptop.
- A stable, high-speed internet connection (30mbps minimum).
- A consistent backup power source (e.g., generator, inverter with batteries).
